Justin is Co-Founder and CEO of Hadapt.  Prior to Hadapt, Justin led product development for COVECTRA, an anti-counterfeit technology firm.  Before that, Justin founded an online social media company and spent the first six years of his career as a software developer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Raytheon.

Justin has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar, and attended graduate school at the Yale School of Management.

Daniel is a recognized expert in database systems and one of the inventors of the patent-pending Adaptive Analytical Platform™.

Daniel received his PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where his dissertation on column-store database systems led to the founding of Vertica (recently acquired by Hewlett Packard).  He is a recipient of a Churchill Scholarship, an NSF CAREER Award, a Sloan Research Fellowship, the 2008 SIGMOD Jim Gray Doctoral Dissertation Award, and the 2007 VLDB best paper award.

In addition to serving as Chief Scientist at Hadapt, he also serves as a faculty member in Yale University’s Computer Science department.

Philip is Chief Technology Officer at Hadapt.  Prior to joining the company, Philip served as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Software Architect at Endeca, an enterprise search and Business Intelligence software company.

Over the past 15 years, Philip has built multiple hundred-person engineering organizations. He has brought to market five products from concept to delivery, including the leading Agile BI platform Endeca Latitude.  As CTO of Hadapt, Philip oversees the development of Hadapt's flagship database product and defines the company's long-term product roadmap.

Philip holds a Master's degree in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Kamil is Chief Software Architect at Hadapt, and is a co-inventor of Hadapt's Adaptive Analytical Platform™.  Before coming to Yale to work on his PhD in large scale data warehousing, Kamil spent 6 years in the software industry, designing and developing new solutions, and leading teams of engineers at Contium S.A. and Sabre Holdings.

Kamil holds Master's degrees in computer science from Wroclaw University of Technology and Yale University.

Kelly is Vice President of Customer Solutions at Hadapt. Prior to Hadapt, Kelly was VP and CTO of Financial Services at MarkLogic. During his 8 years at MarkLogic, Kelly was responsible for opening new markets and building exceptional field teams in sales and consulting. Prior to MarkLogic, Kelly held leadership positions in the sales and consulting organizations of PeopleSoft, PricewaterhouseCoopers, GE Capital, and Cohera, a distributed database startup.

Kelly holds bachelor degrees in math and philosophy from St. John's College.
